Hyperlink Talent, LLC ("Hyperlink", "we", "us") is a California limited liability company. We operate the platform at thehyperlink.io, which connects professionals with US companies offering dedicated remote positions. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information when you use our platform.

We collect the following categories of personal information:

• Candidate data: name, email address, phone number, location, LinkedIn profile URL, CV/resume file and the text extracted from it.
• Employer inquiry data: company name, contact name, email, and details about the roles you are looking to fill.
• Account credentials: password (stored as a one-way cryptographic hash — we cannot read your password).
• Application and interview records: applications submitted to specific roles, and, for scheduled screening interviews, recordings and transcripts. You will be notified at the time of scheduling that your interview will be recorded.

We use the information we collect to:

• Match candidates to roles, including through automated AI-assisted resume parsing and job-match scoring. Our platform uses AI models to extract structured information from resumes and to score how well a candidate profile aligns with a given role. This is disclosed plainly here so you are aware it occurs.
• Run the application and interview process — scheduling, communications, and status tracking.
• Send transactional emails — confirmations, password setup links, and updates related to roles you have applied to.
• Send occasional emails about matching roles — only if you have explicitly opted in by checking the marketing consent checkbox on our form. You may unsubscribe at any time using the one-click link included in every such email.

We share your information only with the service providers necessary to operate the platform. Each is bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations:

• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure
• Neon — database
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Anthropic — AI resume parsing and job-match processing
• Recall.ai — interview recording and transcription
• Cal.com — interview scheduling

We do not sell your personal information to any third party. Ever.

Candidate data is retained for up to 12 months after your last activity on the platform, after which it is deleted — unless a longer period is required by applicable law or you request earlier deletion. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at the address below.

We do not use analytics trackers or advertising cookies. The only cookies we set are functional session cookies required for account login. No third-party advertising or behavioral tracking technologies are present on thehyperlink.io.

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information. California residents have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and related laws:

• Right to know: you may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
• Right to delete: you may request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
• Right to non-discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.

We do not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA or any other applicable privacy law.
