Mid-Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Data-Focused)
$4,000/month base + up to $1,000/month performance bonus Remote — Lebanon-based · Task-based

About our client
our client is a US-based health-tech company building their flagship product — a unified platform for clinics, telehealth,
and pharmacy commerce. It brings onboarding, ordering, prescriptions, pricing, payments, and fulfillment into
one system, with white-label storefronts that let partner clinics sell under their own brand. Our stack is Node.js/
Express, React, PostgreSQL, and AWS, built to a HIPAA standard, with a React Native mobile app on the
roadmap.
We're a small, senior, AI-augmented engineering team. We use Claude Code and modern AI tooling heavily, so
we hire for judgment, ownership, and the ability to direct and review AI-generated code — not raw output. You'll
own real surface area and work directly with the CTO.
Working arrangement
- • This is a task-based role with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
You must be available for meetings between 5 PM and 1 AM Lebanon time (overlap with US working
hours).
The role
A strong full-stack engineer who owns the data-heavy side of the platform — migrations, pricing and analytics,
reporting, and data integrity — while contributing across backend and frontend feature work. You'll be the seed
of our future data-engineering function.
What you'll do
- • Own data migration and ETL — consolidating legacy systems into our PostgreSQL platform.
Build and maintain pricing, analytics, and reporting features and the pipelines behind them.
Safeguard data integrity and performance across a large, growing dataset.
Contribute full-stack feature work across Node/Express + React.
Direct and review AI-generated code (Claude Code) with strong judgment.
What you bring
- • 3–5+ years full-stack, with solid Node.js and PostgreSQL (advanced SQL, schema design, migrations).
Demonstrable data-pipeline / ETL experience.
Competent in React.
Comfortable owning data correctness in a high-volume system.
Fluent English.

Compensation
- $4,000/month base, guaranteed, paid in fresh USD.
Up to $1,000/month performance bonus, reviewed quarterly against clear targets: data accuracy and
integrity, migration/pipeline delivery, and query/feature performance.
Remote; task-based, minimum 40 hours/week.
